2. Art Direction
VISION: A short questionnaire will be sent to understand your goals and any specific ideas you have in mind.
THEME: We will develop the concept that resonates with your personality. I offer creative suggestions while ensuring that the concept aligns with your idea.
LIGHTING: Lighting is my language. We will discuss which are your favorite lighting designs.
STYLE: We will explore preferences regarding the look and style for the photoshoot. Wardrobe and styling guidance.
MOODBOARD CREATION: At this point I should have a good idea about what you want and I am ready to create a document with the ideas, colors, props, backdrops, lighting… that we have discussed
The shoot is only yours and it will be tailored for your preferences.

TRANSPARENT COMMUNICATIONS throughout the planning process.
INITIAL CONSULTATION: Can be done by email or by phone if it is preferred.
ART DIRECTION: After filling the questionnaire we will continue by email.
CONFIRMATIONS are always done by email.
EDITING: Via Wetransfer Portals.
POST-PRODUCTION: An email with the first draft of retouching will be sent. A second round is available if needed.
REVIEW & FEEDBACK by phone or email.
PAYMENTS: Zelle, PayPal, Venmo or ACH transaction.
FINAL DELIVERY: A package with the final digital product will be sent to you via wetransfer. A package with your high quality, handmade inkjet prints on archival matt paper, will be sent to your house.
4. LOCATION AND TIME
LOCATION
I offer and recommend my studio in Brooklyn for the photoshoot.
Some shoots require production like background creation or staging. This has to be done in my space.
If you wish to shoot on location we can discuss it. The beach is a great option that I always keep handy.
TIME
Be mindful of the child’s and your own energy levels and schedule the sessions at times when they are most comfortable.

5. THE SESSION
TEAM WORK: During the session, I work closely with you to capture natural, authentic moments. Each shoot is different, with kids a lot of engagement is involved and parents play a huge roll on the shoot.
ATMOSPHERE: I encourage genuine expressions and interactions while ensuring you feel comfortable and confident.
DYNAMICS: We will have breaks whenever it is neccesary to keep the energy on a good level.
PROPS: Music, games, toys, and a lot of energy are welcome.
6. EDITING AND POST-PRODUCTION
EDITING: The most tedious part is usually deciding which images are the best ones to work on for the retouching stage. We will use a system called Portals from wetrasnfer where I upload all images online for review and you are able to visualize them, mark the ones you like and leave comments.
RETOUCHING: Each package includes a number of retouched images. You can always add more if you like.
2 rounds of retouching are included in every package. The client can give feedback after seeing the 1st round. We will make any necessary adjustments to ensure the final images meet your expectations.
STYLE: My retouching is natural, light and edgy. I put attention to every detail so the images will be clean and color corrected. I have no doubt you are going to love it.

FINAL REVIEWS are usually done by email but if the client wishes we can set another 30 minutes phone call.
A review session to share previews of the images and gather client feedback.
FINAL DIGITAL PRODUCT: Once the client approves and is happy with the product I am ready to send you your images.

1-DIGITAL PRODUCT:
-A folder with the final and retouched images in digital format will be sent to your email for download via wetransfer. All photos in High resolution (for print), JPG (for small prints) and low resolution (for web and social media use).

IMPORTANT: Low resolution and unretouched images are for your own records and not for sharing in any public way. Only final and retouched images are for sharing publicly.
2- PRINTS: A package with the high quality handmade inkjet prints on archival matt paper (included with tha image package you have chosen) will be sent to you home via UPS.
