The goal for the signature shoot is to have a good time while making your colorful dreams or visions a reality. With my signature technique of blending natural light and flash, I bring color to a carefully curated imaginative world where hue, lights and tonalities play a big role. We will collaborate on the art direction, exploring creative concepts that resonate with you and your child. We will come up with an idea implementing colorful decorative elements, experiment with composition and layers.

The Signature Photoshoot in Brooklyn, New York by Rocio Segura offers a vibrant and personalized photography experience. Blending a set of vivid colors, gorgeous studio lighting and your kid/s we will bring your creative ideas to live. We will create colorful, playful, and refreshing images. This session is designed to bring your creative visions to life, resulting in photographs you’ll proudly display at home. While the Signature photoshoot is designed to photograph kids, we can always incorporate family members on that same color background.

What to Expect:

Collaborative Art Direction: We’ll work together to develop a creative concept that resonates with you, incorporating color curated decorative elements and experimenting with composition. I will send you a questionnaire prior to the shoot asking simple questions about what are your favorite colors, shapes, elements, themes, favorite toys… Together, we will craft unique and meaningful portraits of your kids.

Distinctive Lighting Techniques: I use a personal blend of natural and flash lighting, I create a dynamic and colorful atmosphere, enhancing the visual appeal of your photographs.

Post Production implementation: All final images have a basic digital retouch. For the signature photoshoot you get a little more. We will come up with a concept or idea that resonates with you and your family story. It can be something simple like clouds or airplanes or paper flowers… anything really. I will shoot these elements separately and put them together in post-production to bring that imaginary world to live.

Personalized Experience: Each session is tailored to reflect your personality and style, ensuring that the final images are a true representation of your vision.

We work together before the shoot to agree on the idea or theme that we want to play with.

2 Background color options: You get to choose 2 color background options to photograph on the day of the session. One of these 2 colors will have the post production implementation, the other color will be used to do more fun images without the additional elements that are shot separately.

8 Retouched images are included although you can always add more upon request.

Prints: I make gorgeous high end archival matt inkjet prints. A treasure for the aye and soul.
